My parents have moved back to my hometown and I am very happy about it. No more staying in hotels or wandering around town with nowhere to go before check in. They also have a pool and that makes the girls very happy. We headed there as soon as school got out and stayed a whole week. Audrey took a day to remember she could swim and Claire just hung out on the steps. We got to see my Tata and take a sweet 4-generation photo and brush up on my Spanish a little. We ate at the Taco Shop every day, my kids couldn't understand why, and visited a panaderia for wonderful piggy cookies and gigantic macaroons. It was nice to spend time with my parents and get away from housework for awhile. We've been back twice and will keep going until they take away our key.

MEEEEELLLLLLISSAAAAAA! Sorry for shouting but this is Ana Bradshaw (Artalejo) and guess what your Mom is in our Ward and I keep trying to catch her and ask her how you are and then we each get sucked into a different vortex and it's too late..arrrrr Church. Anyway I found your blog while looking at Rachel's photography blog so I hope it is okay to not only cyberspy on you but post a comment. You look exactly the same and your girls are DARLING! I also have 2 girls the same age, and a boy, and one day when Hemet is not 500 degrees we would love to go to a park with you. :o)
Ana - you didn't leave your email address - I looked all through my mom's stake directory to find you but I thought you married a Gibson for some reason! I am so excited! I'll be in Hemet next week - maybe we can catch up!
Melissa- this sounds so nice! I love that you have this retreat now, and am trying to not be jealous! I love the pics- Claire looks so different with her hair pulled back when swimming that I had to double check it was her. Always darling.
That would be great!
My e-mail is hemetisheaven@yahoo.com
(I have a brother who dislikes Hemet and so I picked this address so that he would have to read that in his head every time he mails me.)
so let us know when you are down again. We would love it! That's funny that you thought I married a Gibson. I think my sister did go out with Dan once or twice. I married Jeff Bradshaw who is John's brother, maybe you remember him from highschool. He lives out here too, you might remember his wife who was Jennifer Smith, Steve's sister? Anyway, it will be fun to talk to you again. And your Mom if I can ever catch her! :o)
Ana
How great for you parents to be back in Hemet. Glad you had a great trip. The girls are looking so big!
Okay. What is UP with Hemet lately. My newest SIL is from Hemet, and now I keep hearing about people from there. I didn't know that was your hometown! BTW, just found your blog and so fun to see your girls! You remember me? Mark will, I'm sure. =)
